Job Description

Drive growth. Build trusted partnerships. Lead strategic client partnerships across Australia's telecommunications sector.

We're looking for an experienced Client Service Leader to drive growth across a portfolio of strategic telecommunications clients. This role focuses on expanding existing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities and delivering commercial success across multiple Telco accounts.

What you'll be doing

  • Own and execute growth strategies across a portfolio of strategic telecommunications accounts.
  • Build trusted relationships with executive and senior business stakeholders.
  • Identify, shape and win new business opportunities within existing clients.
  • Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities across technology and managed services.
  • Lead account planning, forecasting, pipeline management and commercial performance.
  • Partner with solution, delivery and industry teams to develop compelling client solutions.
  • Oversee account health and ensure successful delivery aligned to client expectations.
  • Act as the strategic advisor who understands your clients' business priorities and industry challenges.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in technology consulting, IT services or telecommunications industry
  • Demonstrated success managing and growing enterprise client accounts.
  • Strong track record of winning and closing complex, high-value technology opportunities.
  • Commercially astute with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience engaging with C-level and senior business stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation, managed services or enterprise technology solutions.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and influencing skills.
  • Self-motivated, strategic and results-driven with a passion for delivering client success.
