Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Health, Safety & Wellbeing Partner to join our People & Culture team in a part-time capacity (3 days per week). This role is ideal for someone passionate about workplace wellbeing, proactive safety initiatives and partnering with leaders to create positive employee experiences across a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will:

  • Partner with leaders to strengthen workplace health, safety and wellbeing practices
  • Lead workers compensation, rehabilitation and return-to-work programs
  • Drive WHS compliance, incident management and risk mitigation activities
  • Deliver wellbeing and mental health initiatives that support employee engagement
  • Provide practical guidance, coaching and education across the business
  • Use reporting and insights to support continuous improvement and informed decision-making

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a WHS advisory, partner or health & safety role
  • Strong understanding of Australian WHS legislation and workers compensation frameworks
  • Experience managing wellbeing programs and return-to-work processes
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Ability to balance compliance requirements with practical business outcomes
  • Experience within professional services, consulting or technology environments highly regarded
