Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to lead and drive change activities for a large-scale transformation program involving significant data migration and business process changes. The role will focus on ensuring successful business readiness, stakeholder engagement, user adoption, and transition management across impacted business units.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience supporting complex data migration or system transformation programs, with a strong understanding of how data, processes, systems, and users are impacted during migration activities.
- Develop and execute end-to-end change management strategies and plans for large-scale transformation and data migration initiatives.
- Conduct detailed change impact assessments across business processes, systems, data flows, and operational teams.
- Work closely with Program Managers, Technical Leads, Data Migration teams, Business Analysts, and business stakeholders to support successful delivery outcomes.
- Lead stakeholder engagement and communication activities across multiple business units.
- Develop and deliver business readiness plans to support cutover, transition, and post-go-live adoption activities.
- Support organisational preparedness for data cleansing, data mapping, migration validation, and new process adoption.
- Facilitate workshops, impact assessments, leadership briefings, and change forums.
- Develop communication materials including presentations, training collateral, FAQs, and executive updates.
- Coordinate training and user enablement activities to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
- Identify and manage change risks, resistance, and adoption challenges throughout the program lifecycle.
- Monitor and report on change readiness, stakeholder engagement, and adoption metrics.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience delivering change management activities within data migration or large-scale system migration projects.
- Strong understanding of data migration impacts across business processes, operational teams, and system users.
- Experience supporting ERP, CRM, platform consolidation, system migration, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience managing stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
- Experience developing communication strategies, training plans, and business readiness frameworks.
- Ability to work within complex enterprise delivery environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and risk management capabilities.
- Experience within Telecommunications, Financial Services, Government, or large enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with Prosci, ADKAR, or other recognised change management methodologies.
- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
- Relevant Change Management or Project Management certifications are advantageous.
