Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a large‑scale Identity and Access Management (IAM) uplift, with a strong focus on User Access Management (UAM) and Identity Governance. This role will provide end‑to‑end analysis leadership across requirements, application onboarding, and access control uplift activities within a complex enterprise cyber environment.

You will lead requirements gathering for UAM capabilities, drive data collection to support access reconciliation for manual applications, and oversee onboarding of applications into IAM controls. Working closely with cyber, engineering, and business stakeholders, you will contribute to connector build and testing activities and own the creation of interface contracts for both UAM control uplift and application onboarding.

The role also spans delivery assurance and testing, including system testing, system integration testing, and coordination of user acceptance testing. You will support pre‑production and production releases, assist with issue resolution, and ensure operational handover documentation is complete and production‑ready.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst delivering IAM, IGA, or cyber security programs
  • Strong hands‑on experience with IAM/IGA platforms such as SailPoint, Silverfort, or similar technologies
  • Deep understanding of User Access Management, access governance, access reconciliation, and onboarding processes
  • Proven experience leading requirements elicitation and data gathering across business and technical teams
  • Demonstrated ownership of system testing, SIT, and UAT coordination
  • Experience producing high‑quality artefacts including interface contracts and operational documentation
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
