Job Description
As part of the team, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to ensure the highest quality standards for our application delivery.Your focus will be on building customer-centric features, contributing across test strategy, design, execution, and automation.
You will be responsible for end-to-end testing across web, mobile, and API platforms, encompassing feature analysis, test design, and both manual and automated test execution. This includes designing and executing complex test cases based on detailed technical specifications, creating and maintaining robust test data sets across multiple environments, and developing comprehensive test plans, test cases, task cards, and supporting documentation. You will review and quality-check test artefacts produced by team members to maintain high testing standards, analyse and record test results, and report any unexpected or unsatisfactory outcomes for resolution. The role also involves identifying, analysing, and documenting defects and behaviours that deviate from requirements, designing and maintaining automated test scripts to improve coverage and efficiency, contributing to the continuous enhancement of automation frameworks, and integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support early defect detection, fast feedback, and consistent delivery of high-quality software.
Qualifications
- Strong experience as a Quality Engineer in API, mobile and web development environments.
- Experienced with content management applications
- Strong knowledge of both iOS and Android operating systems.
- Skilled in API testing using tools like Postman
- Experience with mobile device cloud platforms such as BrowserStack for scalable test coverage.
- Skilled in defining test boundaries, writing and maintaining efficient, robust automated tests.
- Working knowledge of mobile and web technologies and modern development workflows.
- Experienced in automated testing frameworks, including Playwright and Typescript
- Familiar with test management tools such as JIRA Xray
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and tools such as: JIRA, Confluence
- Competent in development and source control tools: GitHub, Visual Studio Code
- Experienced with CI/CD and deployment tools: AzureDevOps or Jenkins
- Comfortable using proxy tools for network traffic analysis: Charles Proxy, mitmproxy, HTTP Toolkit
