Job Description

What will you do?

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow NCS’ footprint within the Financial Services Industry and DBS.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including digital transformation, cloud migration, data platforms, and any key enterprise system integration and projects.
  • Ability to identify key decision makers at the senior leadership level of target enterprises for relationship building.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key stakeholders within the financial services industry.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, including opportunity qualification, solution positioning, proposal development, commercial negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including solution architects, delivery teams, and partners to develop compelling client proposals.
  • Drive large and complex deals, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and NCS capabilities.
  • Track market trends and competitive landscape to identify emerging opportunities in the FSI Sector.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and sales targets.
  • Represent NCS at industry events, client engagements, and strategic forums.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales/account executives towards a high-performance outcome.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • 8–12+ years of sales or business development experience, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of selling complex IT solutions and large transformation deals.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation, cloud, networks, and enterprise technology solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across technical, delivery, and partner ecosystems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within system integrators, consulting firms, or technology service providers.

Demonstrated success in strategic account management and large deal pursuits.
