Job Description

As an IT Concierge Engineer with NCS Group, the broad area of your job responsibilities will cover the following:

  • Provide front-line IT support and assistance to end-users in a professional, courteous manner.
  • Handle walk-in requests, phone calls, and digital service requests efficiently.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for complex issues requiring escalation.
  • Set up and configure workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Support meeting room technology setup and troubleshooting.
  • Track and manage IT equipment loans, returns, and inventory.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all service requests and resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate records in IT service management systems.
  • Support hardware refresh and deployment activities.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding for preparation and revocation of assets.
  • Communicate clearly with users about issue status and resolution timelines
  • Collaborate with IT teams across Applications, Infrastructure, and Cyber domains
  • Participate in service improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles and user guides.
  • Support continuous improvement and reporting in IT support services quality.
  • Participate in on-call rotation if required by client.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Service Management Centre
  • Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory
  • Experience working in enterprise or government systems environments is an advantage
  • Experience with ticketing system
