We are seeking an experienced Lead Project Manager/Senior Project Manager to join our organization in Singapore. In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee complex, high-impact projects while driving organizational success through strategic planning, decisive execution, and exceptional team leadership. You will be responsible for managing multiple stakeholder relationships, optimizing resource allocation, and delivering projects on time and within budget. • Lead the planning, execution, and closure of large-scale projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets while identifying and mitigating risks proactively
• Manage stakeholder communications and expectations across all project phases, providing regular status updates and strategic recommendations
• Direct cross-functional teams, delegate responsibilities effectively, and foster a collaborative environment that promotes accountability and excellence
• Monitor project performance against key metrics and KPIs, implementing corrective actions to maintain schedule and budget adherence
• Mentor and develop junior project managers and team members, fostering professional growth and building organizational capability
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices in project management methodologies and tools
• Manage project scope, changes, and conflicts with a focus on maintaining project integrity and stakeholder satisfaction
• Prepare and present executive-level reports, dashboards, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements throughout project lifecycle

• Minimum 8 years of progressive project management experience, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior management capacity
• Demonstrated expertise in managing complex, multi-million dollar projects with cross-functional teams
• Advanced proficiency in project management methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, or PRINCE2
• Proven expertise in budget management, resource planning, and cost control
• Strong risk management and mitigation capabilities with experience identifying and resolving project challenges
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to influence at all organizational levels
• Proficiency with project management software and tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or equivalent platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail
• Demonstrated leadership capability with experience building and motivating high-performing teams
• Strategic thinking and business acumen with ability to align projects to organizational goals
• Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or Agile certification
• Preferred: Experience managing projects in multiple industries or international project environments
• Preferred: Change management expertise and experience leading organizational transformation initiatives
