Job Description

Schedule Management:

  • Create and assign Preventive Maintenance tickets to the appropriate tower engineer pool, ensuring workload is distributed evenly.
  • Track all on going preventive maintenance activities and provide update to Service Managers.
  • Escalate to Tower Lead when facing challenges with assigned engineer which potentially impact on submission of report.

Report Quality Assurance:

  • Review submitted health check reports from engineers for accuracy (verify pass/fail status, check for copy-paste errors).
  • Asset Lifecycle verification any End of Sale, End of Support (EOS), both hardware and software information.
  • Reject and return incomplete reports to engineers for correction.
  • Can work with 3rd party support to confirm the correctness of lifecycle.

SLA Compliance:

  • Ensure all final reports are submitted to the Service Managers by the agreed deadline.
  • Work with Service Managers for any potential issues with delivering the report on time.

Qualifications

  • At least a Diploma qualification in related fields
  • Language Proficiency: Proficient in English written and verbal communication
  • Good background and familiarity of Network, Security and server products and lifecyle.
  • Minimum 3+ years as a Network, Security or Server Engineer and familiar with Windows server and Linux OS
  • Proficient in MS Office 365 application and especially in documentation and excel formulas and functions.
  • Proficient in usage of Artificial Intelligence and prompting.
  • Proven ability to delegate tasks to a technical pool and hold peers accountable for deadlines without needing constant escalation.
  • Experienced in managing schedules to ensure on time reporting.
  • Experience with ticketing systems, ITSM eg Service NOW and ITIL standards.
  • Ability to spot errors in technical reports (e.g., wrong serial numbers, inconsistent formatting).
  • Confidence to reject sub-standard work and provide constructive feedback to engineers.
  • Strong ability to coordinate with non-technical stakeholders (Service Managers).
  • Experienced in acting as the "bridge" between technical teams (Engineers) and business teams (Service Managers).
