What you will do:
 

Implementation of client change management and people-related projects:

• Develop change management approach: Analyse the stakeholders impacted and develop the change management approach.

• Execute and monitor change related activities: Execute various change analysis, assessment, communications, engagement, adoption and enablement activities to successful completion.

• Manage stakeholder buy-in: Assist to manage stakeholder expectations impacted by the change initiative.

Capabilities development/ enhancement support:

• Support the building of new/ enhance existing capabilities: Whether it is digital adoption platforms that accelerate change adoption or people analytics that provide insights about a workforce, continuous improvement and innovation is the culture of the team. You will support the lead or senior consultant to build/ enhance competencies that will strengthen our change management and adoption services.

Presales support:

• Support pre-sales activities: Support the lead or senior consultant to shape and qualify change management related opportunities, develop the change strategy and scope, prepare costing and draft proposal.

Process improvement:

• Streamline or transform current work processes: There are often better ways of doing things. Support the lead or senior consultant to identify improvement initiatives such as streamline processes, introduce tools to shorten turn-around time or even propose radical alternatives to better achieve work objectives and outcomes.

Knowledge sharing:

• Share CM best practices: Share best practices in change management or any other domains that would expand the team’s capabilities to do our work more effectively.

Essential Qualifications
• Graduate with a bachelor’s degree/ diploma holder with 5 years of working experience.

• Possess an excellent command of the English language and to write coherently and concisely without spelling/ grammatical errors.

• Possess fluent communication and facilitation skills.

• Possess good presentation skills.

• Create professional and visually attractive presentation decks/ collaterals that will enhance your presentation delivery and accelerate buy-in of your ideas. We will ask to see your creative portfolio during the interview. (Bonus) – If you can produce and edit videos.

• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer focused

• Proficient in written and spoken English
