Job Description
As a Change Management Consultant, you will drive organisational transformation and adoption across AI-related initiatives and technology transformation programs. You will partner closely with business and technical teams to ensure people, processes, and systems transition smoothly, enabling sustained adoption of new tools, systems, and ways of working.
What you will do:
Develop and execute change management strategies and roadmaps to drive adoption and minimise resistance for IT- and AI-related initiatives.
Must be able to conduct face to face workshops with stakeholders and execute the change and adoptions.
Able to conduct trainings and develop training materials.
Manage resistance and push thru across the working level.
Able to perform direct update to management on the resistance and devise strategy to fix the problem.
Align change activities with project timelines, milestones, and objectives.
Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness evaluations to identify risks and opportunities.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with internal clients and stakeholders.
Design and deliver communication, engagement, and training plans to support understanding, commitment, and adoption.
Support business units in embedding new processes, tools, and technologies into daily operations.
Track, measure, and report adoption and change success metrics to leadership.
Provide input into project governance and support business continuity during transitions.
Contribute to the enhancement of change management frameworks, methodologies, and toolkits.
Stay informed on emerging technologies, particularly AI and automation, to anticipate organisational change impacts.
Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in change management within IT or AI transformation environments.
Knowledge of change management frameworks such as ADKAR, Prosci, or Kotter.
Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous initiatives in cross‑functional environments.
Demonstrated capability in building trusted relationships with internal clients.
Experience supporting IT-, AI-, or digital‑related projects and organisational transformations.
Preferred Attributes
5+ years of experience in change management within IT or AI transformation programs.
Exposure to AI, analytics, automation, or emerging technology initiatives.
Experience with visual design or eDM creation tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
Background in supporting internal clients or shared services functions in large organisations.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, or related fields.
Professional and/or Technical Certifications
Prosci Change Management Certification
Certifications in recognised change frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter)
Optional: Certifications in design tools (Figma, Adobe Suite) or technology-related disciplines, if applicable
