Job Description
- Support Microsoft 365 solutions, including planning, integration, deployment, upgrades, and patching activities.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for M365 technologies, providing advanced troubleshooting and administrative support for service requests, change requests, and incident/problem management.
- Support and manage core M365 platforms such as Entra ID, Exchange Online, Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise, Teams, SharePoint Online, and related services.
- Monitor, manage, and optimise system performance, availability, and overall health of M365 environments.
- Conduct technical assessments, health checks, and gap analyses, and deliver best-practice recommendations, such as security hardening and automation opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security, network, and server engineers, as well as external vendors, to support upgrades, maintenance, and integration work.
- Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, configuration guides, and operational procedures.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and support customers during DR testing exercises.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience administering, supporting, and maintaining Microsoft 365 environments.
- Hands-on experience managing key M365 services, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise.
- Experience handling service requests, change requests, and incident/problem management under ITIL processes.
- Experience working in hybrid AD environments (On-prem AD + Entra ID) and related cloud services.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive efficient resolutions.
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
- Due to project sensitivity, only Singapore Citizen will be considered
