Job Description
As a Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the NBC & Peacock Competition Reality Development team in the creation and execution of brand partnerships, which includes the development of sales marketing materials, ideation of creative solutions and proposals, execution of cross-platform activations, and general project management.
This position reports to the Senior Manager within NBC & Peacock Competition Reality Development team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop customized client pitches and accompanying sales materials for partnership opportunities across NBC & Peacock competition reality programming, including Love Island USA and The Voice
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and collaborate on the development of innovative and compelling multi-platform pitches
- Support team in the execution of partnerships, including managing trackers, coordinating legal agreements, and facilitating approval processes
- Liaise with internal NBCU stakeholders, including Sales, Programming, Social, Business Affairs, Legal, Research, Finance, etc. and external partners such as production companies, clients, media and creative agencies, etc. to communicate client objectives and secure necessary input and approvals
- Track all partnership executions (i.e. – on-air video clips, social posts, digital links, billing, etc.) by continuously updating documents and communicating regularly with internal teams
- Manage post-sale reporting and recap deliverables to document partnership performance and activation results
- Own the process of organizing, publishing, and socializing client-facing and proactive sales materials
- Provide general administrative support, including creating meeting agendas, distributing recap notes, and maintaining team trackers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in marketing or ad sales at agency, client, media or production company – or applicable internship experience
- Skilled in PowerPoint and other MS Office programs – Outlook/Word/Excel/SharePoint

Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.

Salary range: $65,000 - $80,000
