Job Description
NBC Entertainment is looking for a Clip and Photo Research Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of show production and various departments.
Responsibilities:
- Research, source and pull photos and video clips for late night comedy show segments.
- Assist with the licensing and permissions process for photos, clips and other media as needed.
- Provide Legal and other departments with detailed lists of video clips used in segments.
- Collaborate closely with department to ensure all media needs are met accurately and on deadline. Respond quickly to last minute clip and photo requests.
- Maintain a weekly spreadsheet documenting all photos and clips in the show that includes licensing details and usage information.
- Other ad-hoc duties as directed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1+ years of research work experience preferred.
- Must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop a plus.

- Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU's Alternative Dispute Resolution Program.
- Must have ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings due to news cycles and breaking news.

Additional Requirements:
Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.

Hourly salary: $17.50
The candidate who fills this position will be paid at least 60 hours per week regardless of whether they work less than 60 hours. Hours over 40 hrs/wk will be paid at the appropriate overtime rate.
