This hands-on program leader will translate approved priorities into structured pilots, role-based learning, change and adoption programs, repeatable workflows, and measurable outcomes.

Here you can:

  • Manage workstreams, owners, milestones, dependencies, risks, decision points, and success measures, and recommend adjustments within the strategy, roadmap, and resource parameters
  • Run the intake and assessment process for AI and innovation use cases in partnership with the Director and Legal practice groups
  • Lead approved pilots and tool launches from discovery and workflow design through user testing, launch readiness, adoption, measurement, and scale-readiness recommendations
  • Design and lead role and practice specific AI learning pathways for attorneys and legal professionals, from foundational literacy and responsible use through advanced tools and workflow applications, supported by onboarding, office hours, microlearning, and continuing education
  • Plan and deliver quarterly Innovation Demo Days and other learning forums end to end, and convert promising demonstrations into documented use cases, pilot opportunities, or follow-up actions
  • Develop and execute change-management and communications plans for approved AI and legal technology rollouts, including audience segmentation, launch materials, training, office hours, user support, feedback collection, and reinforcement activities
  • Develop and maintain the approved library of AI enablement and assigned innovation-program resources, including prompt and workflow guidance, quick-reference materials, FAQs, recordings, learning content, and other self-service resources
  • Build or coordinate approved low-code and no-code automations, templates, and reusable workflows for program operations and assigned lightweight legal use cases
  • For assigned initiatives, translate approved program and user needs into documented business requirements and partner with the Legal Systems Leads, Data & Legal Solutions, AI & Enterprise Innovation, and NBCU Operations & Technology on technical delivery, platform needs, launch readiness, adoption, and performance measurement. Coordinate with Legal, Privacy, Cybersecurity, Records, and other stakeholders to operationalize applicable governance requirements

  • Experience using operational, adoption, and performance data to evaluate outcomes, set priorities, and communicate executive-ready recommendations
  • Experience working within or closely supporting a corporate legal department, law firm, legal-services organization, or other highly regulated professional environment

What we'll look for:
