Job Description
- Primary role is to provide support to show’s Film Producer.
- Assist in copying and distributing scripts, schedules, and rundowns.
- Monitor film schedule changes and script rewrites.
- Work across multiple productions simultaneously.
- Oversee Producer’s business and personal calendar.
- Arrange travel bookings and accommodations for Producer, with occasional support for Directors.
- Collect and submit expense reports.
- Gift-sending, errands, office organization, supply inventory & more.
- Collaborate on potential film script breakdowns, identifying essential production elements.
- Support intern onboarding and training; serve as a resource and coordinate informational experiences.
- Compile and prepare weekly production budget reports.
- A high degree of confidentiality and discretion are expected in regards to all matters and documents.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Prior executive assistant experience in TV or features (preferably at a studio or network) supporting senior executives.
- Minimum 1 year experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Willingness to work overtime and be flexible with hours.
- Must be willing to work in New York, NY.
- Must have work authorization to work in the United States.
- Must be 18 years or older.

Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.
Hourly salary range: $17.50 - $20.00
The candidate who fills this position will be paid at least 60 hours per week regardless of whether they work less than 60 hours. Hours over 37.5 hrs/wk will be paid at the appropriate overtime rate.
