Job Description

ROLE PURPOSE: In charge of strategic and operative promotional processes locally and regionally as well as the tactical implementation of Marketing activities related with third partners, media and exhibitions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Marketing tactics.

  • Provide tactical and operational support to the Sr Promotions Manager (Mexico/LATAM).
  • Handle the communication between the area and the creative agency, to brief, revise and approve creative concepts to be presented to potential third partners. Looks for new partner opportunities from different categories, verticals, trends and potential partnerships. Supports Sr. Promotions Manager in campaign presentations, promotional big ideas and ICO's (initial campaign overview).
  • Support communication between partners and the different NBCU business contacts.
  • Local/regional monitoring of the product exchange operational process. (Negotiation, follow up with contacts, ordering, shipping and reporting).
  • Local/regional monitoring of the premieres of each promotional partner in every LATAM country when we have regional partnerships. (Initial request, follow up with contacts and reporting).
  • Supports the Sr. Promotions Manager in pitching process.
  • Monitor and measure success of the local/regional promotional campaigns.
  • Creates campaign wrap reports (collects campaign testimonies, master graphics and key data from each partner/territory) that will serve as inspiration and support for future pitches.
  • Supports the Sr. Promotions Manager in servicing NBCU internal teams and divisions in Symphony projects (Networks, CP, TVD, Streaming, Parks, etc.) to send assets, AV materials and prize packages.
  • Coordinates promotional opportunities with local/regional exhibitors: Prize packages, menus, concessions, special formats, loyalty programs.
  • Promotional process with record labels and editorial publishers

Administrative Process.

  • Fills operation formats (PAF, timeline), pitch lists, NDA's.
  • Creates planning documents for internal purposes and marketing approvals (Local strategy/timeline for Mediacom)
  • Budget control administration (ODC, Budget adjustments)
  • Prize packages control and follow up with winners/ partner/agency.
  • Supports Promotions Manager in logistics during HO visits.
  • End to end premiums logistics and distribution.
  • Custom Characters Tour Calendar partners).
  • Collects information for promotional newsletters for tent pole films.
  • Schedule meetings, conference calls and arrangements.

Qualifications

Required skills & experience

 

  • Requires a high level of service to business partners (brands, media and exhibitors).
  • Highly proactive and organized person
  • Person with cordial, clear and concise communication. Strong verbal and written communication skills (working internationally)
  • Sense of Urgence

  • Ability to work in a cross functional team
  • Teamwork and focus on detail
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Graduated from Marketing, Communication, Administration, International Business careers.
  • 2 or 3 years of work experience, success in supporting business, customer, product and/ or marketing plans.
  • Previous experience in entertainment is a plus
