Job Description
Please Note: This is a project / limited term position with an estimated duration of up to 12 months, unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed.
Responsibilities:
The Supervisor of Digital Scheduling oversees long‑range planning for NBC Sports’ digital programming and video coverage. The role ensures accurate event details across platforms, coordinating closely with producers and Original Content teams on deliverables and schedules. This position also manages forward‑looking assignments for the digital video team by aligning staff skillsets with project needs and partnering with managers on long-term initiatives and time‑off planning.
- Input programming for Digital Highlights Grid
- Work across groups to ensure accuracy of details for all NBC Sports digital event coverage across a variety of platforms – including dates, times, networks
- Coordinate with producers on deliverable requirements and types of coverage for each event/show/content
- Collaborate with Original Content teams (podcasts, digital shows, etc.) to confirm schedules in advance
- Schedule digital video team coverage:
- Learn skillsets of team members to ensure appropriate assignments
- Collaborate with managers on long-term stretch projects & off-day requests
- Does not require day-to-day schedule updates – long range planning only
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
- Minimum two(2) years’ experience in scheduling or project management
Desired Characteristics:

- Maintain a high level of organization
- Strong planning skills
- Strong time management skills
