Universal Pictures International (UPI) est la division internationale de distribution et de marketing de Universal Pictures. Au Royaume‑Uni, en Autriche, en Espagne, en Italie, en Allemagne, en Suisse, aux Pays‑Bas, en France, en Corée, à Hong Kong, en Australie, en Nouvelle‑Zélande, au Mexique et en Chine, UPI assure directement le marketing et la distribution des films via ses bureaux locaux, en créant des campagnes et des stratégies de sortie adaptées à la culture et aux comportements du marché de chaque territoire.

Dans le reste du monde, UPI s’associe à Paramount et Sony pour la distribution des films des trois studios.

RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES

Au sein d’Universal Pictures International France recherche son alternant en marketing digital.  

Vous aurez les missions suivantes (liste non exhaustive) :

  • Participation à la mise en place de la stratégie social media pour les sorties Universal Pictures
  • Suivi du community management (validation des plannings et relation avec l’agence social media)
  • Contribution à la mise en place des campagnes social media gérées par le siège ou par l’agence média
  • Suivi de la production de contenus de marque (partenaires médias, podcasts)
  • Veille créative sur les assets sociaux et digitaux (sites, applications, chatbots, etc.)
  • Reporting lors des lancements de bandes‑annonces en ligne, des « big ideas », des temps forts de campagne et des bilans post‑campagne
  • Participation aux événements (avant‑premières officielles, événements influenceurs, sessions de doublage, etc.) et suivi social associé

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES​

​Within the Universal Pictures International France, you will have the following missions (this list is not exhaustive : ​

​Participation in the implementation of social strategy for the Universal Pictures releases​

  • Community management follow-up (approval of schedules and relationship with the social agency) ​
  • Helping the set-up of social media campaigns runned by head office or media agency​
  • Monitoring of brand content production (media partners, podcast)​
  • Creative monitoring of social and digital assets (sites, applications, chatbots, etc.) ​
  • Reporting for online trailer launchs, big ideas, campaign highlights, and post-campaign analysis​
  • Participation in events (Official premieres, influencer events, dubbing sessions, etc.) and social follow-up.​

 

      Qualifications

      QUALIFICATIONS

      • Bac +4/5 en média/audiovisuel/communication, Sciences Po, école de commerce
      • Rythme d'apprentissage idéalement 4 jours en entreprise et 1 jour à l’école
      • Une première expérience dans une entreprise média ou réseaux sociaux est appréciée
      • Connaissance et passion pour le cinéma
      • Excellente maîtrise du français écrit et oral (niveau langue maternelle)
      • Très bon niveau d’anglais (écrit et oral)
      • Sensibilité artistique
      • Maîtrise du pack Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

      QUALIFICATIONS

      • 4/5 years of university education in media/audiovisual/communication, Sciences Po, business school​
      • Ideally 4 days at work and 1 day at school ​
      • Previous experience in a media or social networks company appreciated​
      • Knowledge and passion for cinema​
      • Excellent level of written and spoken French (native language level) ​
      • Very good English proficiency (written and spoken)​
      • Artistic sensibility​
      • Proficiency in the Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)​
