Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Classification Admin - upload applications.
- Stock room organisation - track DCP availabilities and poster stock.
- Assist in design and implement of market communications such as trailer emails, trailer updates, back catalogue updates.
- Data base updates - sourcing up to date exhibitor details and maintaining a comprehensive database e.g. Screen details, formats, PLF updates etc.
- Assist with Back Catalogue Calendar, tracking of files etc.
- Assist with Back Catalogue design updates.
- Assist with Release Schedule design updates.
- Assist with Sales planning - generate weekly cinema sales analysis for the team that we can action.
- PO's - assist the team with PO's.
- Booking Entry - Assist the team in booking into Unify booking system.
- Assist with taking Sub Run Bookings.
- Charting Admin – Upload of files to booking system etc.
- Web-site Cinema Checks.
- Trailer Tracking and related admin.
- Theatrette Operation - Assist with exhibitor and marketing theatre screenings
Qualifications
Basic Requirements
- A passion for film.
- Interested / Looking for a career in the film industry.
- Strong Attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
- This part time role requires a 9-month commitment, from February 2026 - November 2026

Desired Qualifications
- Completing a degree in Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Web Design / or Interactive Media.
- Smartsheet knowledge is a bonus.
