Job Description

Working closely with the Senior Director, DTC Marketing, the Sr. Growth & Member Marketing Manager is a strategic and data-driven role driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention for our new Fandango membership product, FanClub. The Sr. Growth & Member Marketing Manager will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by developing and executing marketing campaigns that attract, convert, and retain subscribers. This role is ideal for a proactive and adaptable individual who takes initiative and is driven to succeed in a dynamic environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Acquisition

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive subscriber growth across paid, owned, and earned channels (e.g., paid social, search, email, influencer marketing, affiliates, SEO).
  • Optimize the conversion funnel, improving trial sign-ups, paid conversions, and reducing churn.
  • Identify and test new marketing channels, messaging strategies, and growth initiatives to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with the product and analytics teams to refine pricing, packaging, and positioning strategies.

Engagement & Retention

  • Develop lifecycle marketing strategies using email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and other retention-focused tactics.
  • Analyze customer behavior to reduce churn and increase subscriber lifetime value.
  • Implement A/B testing and personalization to improve engagement and retention.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and churn along with benefit and promo code usage.
  • Conduct customer research and leverage data insights to inform marketing decisions.
  • Partner with the data and analytics team to continuously optimize campaign performance.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Proactively work cross-functionally with product, design, and Email/CRM, and Fandango marketing teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships as needed to support marketing execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in subscription and membership marketing.
  • Other duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on subscription or membership businesses.
  • Thorough understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid media, email, SEO, and influencer marketing.
  • Experience with brand marketing, lifecycle marketing, and A/B testing.
  • Competency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau) and data-driven decision-making.

Additional Job Requirements

  • This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
  • Must be willing to work in the Orlando, FL office.
