Job Description

This is a part-time project / limited term position with an estimated duration of 7 months, unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule Studio & Field Operations personnel
  • Build crewing spreadsheets based on information you will acquire from various schedules
  • Coordinate facilities & schedules with staff and freelancer manpower
  • Hiring point person for Studio & Field operations freelancers
  • Inputting personnel into internal system, SCORE
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable company policies
  • Work closely with show Directors, Producers and APs to assess production manpower needs
  • Works closely with Technical Managers and Production Managers to help solve any crew issues
  • Onboarding of new technicians
  • Learn and comprehend all below the line positions
  • May perform other duties as needed or assigned

Qualifications

Basic Requirements

  • BS/BA degree required in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of two (2+) years’ experience in studio & field broadcast operations or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent computer skills with the demonstrated ability to navigate new systems and software

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
