- Providing at-the-elbow support, rounding, and real-time issue resolution to strengthen adoption and trust
- Identifying opportunities to enhance workflow integration, usability, and care team experience
- Supporting workflows that are standardized and scalable across regions, ensuring alignment with system-wide design and governance
Core Responsibilities
- Serve as an informatics liaison between clinical end users, operational leaders, and Information Systems
- Analyze, design, configure, test, and support clinical information systems and workflows
- Act as a consultant for process redesign and workflow improvement initiatives
- Support project implementation, change management, and user adoption
- Identify, triage, and coordinate resolution of system and workflow issues
- Participate in governance, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration efforts
- Perform rounding and engagement with nursing and clinical teams to maintain strong communication and alignment
(Responsibilities reflect the standard Senior Clinical Informaticist scope at Munson Healthcare.)
