We’re looking for a regional marketing generalist based in Germany, with strong broad marketing skills, and who is highly motivated and ready to support the growth of Air Charter Service in Europe. If that sounds like you, please read on.

Job Description

  • Day-to-day marketing – Manage and execute the marketing activities ACS European offices
  • Regional Strategy – Develop and tailor marketing strategies specific to local markets in Europe, ensuring the creation, localisation and translation of campaigns, content, and channels for optimal engagement
  • Email marketing – Manage and deliver mass email campaigns for a range of products and services, to our database, using SalesForce to create audiences, build emails, schedule campaigns and analysis of performance
  • Print & Promotional marketing – Coordinate the production and stock of local prints, promotional items and clients' gifts, ensuring that the local sales teams have adequate volumes of stock.
  • Exhibitions and events – Research relevant events in local markets and work with the Head of Events to organise
  • Digital marketing – Assist the Performance team with web advertising, including Google, display ads, re-marketing, and analytics
  • Report local marketing activity to Head of International Marketing
  • Budget and manage the local marketing spend
  • Research and source local suppliers when necessary.

 Job Overview

  • You will be responsible for the development and execution of the marketing strategy on the European market. This includes creating region-specific campaigns as well as adapting global marketing initiatives from our central marketing team in London to align with local market specificities and preferences
  • You will be working with the local sales teams to identify target audiences and objectives that could be supported with local marketing
  • You will be part of the international marketing team and will work closely with the Head of International Marketing, and the marketing channel specialists based in London.

Qualifications

Must haves Experience

  • Marketing Degree or professional diploma
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Marketing role, with a broad set of marketing channel experiences
  • Understanding and experience in managing marketing campaigns
  • Experience and understanding of the Europe market
  • High proficiency in both written and spoken English and German
  • Marketing content localisation, including the management of translation
  • Planning, writing and executing email campaigns, using an Email Service Provider
  • Segmentation of customer data lists
  • Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
  • Proactive and able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Valid passport with the ability to travel within Europe and United Kingdom

Preferable Experience

  • Working within international B2B organisation preferable, demonstrating cross-cultural understanding and knowledge
  • Previous experience working in the travel/aviation/luxury industry
  • Management of marketing collateral, including promotional items – production, stock management, distribution
  • Experience in Salesforce – email marketing platform
  • Experience working alongside sales teams
