Who are we looking for?

Are you an early bird, a real morning person and does your day really start when you welcome people, do you enjoy hosting and do you have a passion for the hotel industry, then you have come to the right place. We also expect you to enjoy working in multicultural teams and be willing to work across departments, so that our guests can have a pleasant stay. Furthermore, you are flexible, creative and never lose sight of the bigger picture in stressful situations. In addition, you are approachable and always prioritize perfect guest service.

What will you do?

Take care of and advise guests during breakfast and perform all relevant activities Prepare and set up the breakfast buffet. Our shift starts at 06:00 and you love that! Ensure smooth and fast service and implement One Smile (Motel One breakfast policy) - In other words, a big smile with a good chat! Help organize the breakfast service and define all necessary standards and schedules in consultation with the F&B Manager Gain insight into new tasks by working together with other departments
