Job Description

Moneta is actively hiring Client Service Administrators to support client team operations by providing overall assistance to Partners and team members on various tasks and projects. Learn to enhance processes, identify efficiencies, and take initiative within the team.  We are seeking organized, detail-oriented, and flexible individuals who enjoy a small team environment to thrive in the Client Service Administrator role. This position will be the foundation for your future career at Moneta.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Manage weekly client meeting schedules
  • Support Client Service Managers and Advisors in preparation for client review meetings
  • Help coordinate client paperwork
  • Handle mail for clients and teams
  • Reconcile monthly expense reports
  • Marketing and branding assistance as needed
  • Maintain and organize client files
  • Scheduling support and coordination for team and partners

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) preferred
  • Experience in financial services or related field preferred
  • Knowledge of CRM systems a plus
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
