Job Description

Momentus Technologies is hiring a Professional Services Team Lead to join our AMER team.

In this role, you'll lead a team responsible for delivering high-quality customer engagements across North and South America, driving time-to-value and customer satisfaction. You’ll work cross-functionally, coach team members, and help scale delivery operations in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to deliver efficient and impactful implementation services that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and identify areas to improve delivery methodologies and tools.
  • Oversee the health of all active AMER services projects—planning, tasking, risk management, and quality control.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Product, and Cloud Ops to deliver best-in-class customer solutions.
  • Support services sales efforts including SOW creation, scoping, estimating, and client negotiations.
  • Own and resolve delivery-related escalations with a focus on customer success.
  • Ensure the team meets utilization, customer satisfaction, and financial performance targets.
  • Coach and mentor team members, setting clear performance expectations and fostering a culture of continuous feedback.
  • Contribute to team capacity planning and department OKRs and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a professional services or implementation team within a SaaS organization
  • Proven experience as a billable resource with utilization targets
  • Strong customer relationship skills and comfort interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Background in software implementation or delivery project management
  • Solid understanding of SaaS consulting models and key delivery metrics (e.g., utilization, margin, backlog)
  • Proficiency with systems such as CRM, PSA, ERP, or Order Management tools
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong change management skills and the ability to drive adoption of new processes and tools
