Job Description
Join our growing Rev Ops team! This role is a new position supporting the Deal Desk Manager. You will be an integral part of a dynamic team building out the Deal Desk functions. In this position, you will:
- Review quotes in the approval queue for accuracy and within documented guidelines and approve, reject as necessary within defined SLA
- Assist with building and structuring quotes.
- Liaise between sales, legal, finance to remove friction from sales process
- Assist users with data corrections, general questions and issues via assign case queue
- Work with product management and services team to maintain products, bundles and pricing in CPQ
- Monitor and assist with the processing of customer contracts through CLM
- Maintain and manage Salesforce Advanced Approvals
- Other initiatives as needed- We are a dynamic and growing team with an all hands on deck mentality.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- 2 years of Salesforce CPQ experience, including building product bundles and building quotes.
- Experience with Quote to Cash – orders, customer contracts, and subscriptions.
- Understanding of legal contracts and agreements.
- Familiarity with Docusign, ContractPod, Kantata, and NetSuite
- Excellent collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including pricing, legal, finance,and sales
