Cross-Functional Execution & Business Integration

  • Provide indirect leadership to COE sourcing and purchasing professionals, aligning priorities and driving execution of enterprise category strategies and material productivity initiatives.
  • Lead MCG-sponsored savings projects through validated execution with the COEs while supporting COE-led initiatives required to achieve business-unit goals.
