Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team, responsible for overseeing projects in the CX domain, with a focus on supporting both scope-based and time-and-material (T&M) engagements.

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the full delivery cycle of technical projects, mainly in CX and telecom environments.
  • Handle both fixed-scope and Time & Materials (T&M) projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
  • Create and maintain project plans, including tasks, timelines, owners, and milestones.
  • Identify project risks and coordinate with vendors, carriers, and third parties to resolve issues.
  • Follow standard project management processes such as scheduling, reporting, change management, and risk tracking.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Operations, IT, Product, Finance teams, and external partners.
  • Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and costs together with Finance teams.
  • Prepare project updates, reports, and dashboards for management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of hands-on project management experience, including significant exposure to CX, telecom, or infrastructure-related environments.
  • Proven experience managing technical projects from initiation through closure, including ownership of scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder communication.
  • Experience coordinating service orders, carrier escalations, maintenance activities, and multi-party technical cutovers.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings, drive decision-making, and manage cross-functional collaboration effectively.
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, MS Project, Confluence, and Excel for tracking and financial analysis.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in multicultural and distributed team environments.

Nice to have

  •  Previous experience within telecom, ISP, carrier, UCaaS, CX, or wholesale voice environments.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification.
