As a Senior PMO Coordinator, you will play a critical role within the Project Management Office (PMO), providing advanced coordination and operational support to large-scale initiatives led by multiple Project Managers. Acting as the central orchestration point, this role ensures alignment across streams, consistency in governance, and high-quality executive reporting to support informed decision-making. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented PMO professional who thrives in complex environments, excels at cross-functional coordination, and can translate multi-project data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or program management roles within complex, multi-stream environments.
  • Proven experience supporting senior project or program managers on large-scale initiatives.
  • Strong ability to consolidate and analyze project data to produce executive-ready reports and dashboards.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall and hybrid).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and dependencies simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day coordination and operational support to the Senior Project Manager across all project streams.
  • Coordinate integrated planning, timelines, milestones, and dependencies across multiple project components managed by different Project Managers.
  • Consolidate project plans, risks, issues, dependencies, and status reports into a single, coherent PMO view for senior stakeholders.
  • Track cross-stream dependencies and proactively identify risks, misalignments, and resource conflicts.
  • Ensure consistent application of PMO standards, templates, governance processes, and reporting methodologies across all project streams.
  • Prepare executive-level dashboards, status updates, and materials for leadership reviews and steering committees.
  • Organize and facilitate cross-project alignment meetings, ensuring clear ownership, documented decisions, and follow-up actions.
  • Support escalation management by providing timely, structured, and data-driven inputs to enable effective decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal functions such as Recruiting, Sourcing, Finance, Cybersecurity, and other relevant teams to support project needs and ensure compliance with policies and data protection requirements.
  • Support approved governance and committee initiatives (CSR, Compliance, Business Continuity, Security) and promote adherence to company values, strategy, and policies.

Nice to Have

  • PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, SAFe, or other recognized project/PMO certifications.
  • Experience working in global, matrixed, or distributed delivery environments.
  • Exposure to enterprise technology or digital transformation programs.
  • Experience with financial tracking, budget ownership, or resource planning.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity, compliance, or data governance considerations in project delivery.
  • Experience supporting executive governance forums or steering committees.
