Job Description
The purpose of this role is to assist Miratech in growing and improving our talent pool, permanently analyzing our clients' resource demand, ensuring that it is communicated and addressed within the Company, and allocating resources to achieve the most outstanding organizational value.
This role includes coordinating and following up with sales/delivery/sourcing/recruiting, assuring the suitability of candidates for projects, and finding a solution for any resource need. The Senior Sourcing Manager will be able to bring direct value to Company clients by assigning the right people to the right roles and to employees by facilitating their career development opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end resource management and staffing activities, acting as a Hiring Manager and owning the full lifecycle from demand intake and role definition through resources selection, and allocation.
- Analyze and negotiate client requirements, formulate, maintain, and continuously update requisition requirements.
- Provide preliminary resource availability estimations, leveraging internal resources, labor market insights, and partner networks.
- Proactively resolve client requests for engineering resources, proposing alternative solutions when needed and gaining stakeholder buy-in.
- Coordinate closely with sales, delivery, and recruiting stakeholders (including business owners, project managers, presales, solution architects, and account managers) to meet projected resource demand.
- Prioritize sourcing and recruiting efforts and manage workforce mobility, including skills development initiatives, inter-project transfers, training, certifications, and mobility to address client needs and reduce attrition.
- Perform other duties as may be required, consistent with the purpose of this role.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT sourcing, resource management, workforce planning, or recruiting within IT services, consulting, outsourcing, or staff augmentation environments.
- Strong negotiation skills and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to balance client expectations and delivery realities.
- Technical IT background, with a solid understanding of engineering and consulting environments.
- Understanding of software engineering and IT consulting processes and roles, including analysis, development, testing, implementation, integrations, customization, migration, operation, and maintenance.
- Experience in sales support within staff augmentation, services, or consulting businesses, including close collaboration with sales and delivery teams.
- Awareness of the role of education, training, and professional certifications in developing staff capabilities and meeting client demand.
- Experience working with partners and third-party resource providers; intergroup coordination or project management experience is a strong plus.
