Job Description

Miratech is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Access and Identity Management (AIM) team within Global Information Security. The AIM team is a critical part of the company's infrastructure, responsible for controlling and maintaining secure access across the entire technology estate. The team ensures that all users have appropriate and compliant access to systems and resources.

This role is primarily focused on Permission Reference Documentation and supporting governance improvements related to the trading and risk management system. The successful candidate will work on documenting and enhancing governance around how portfolio groups (port groups) are defined, managed, and used across the firm.

This is a highly analytical position requiring collaboration with business stakeholders, technology teams, and control functions to improve transparency, consistency, and security of access management processes.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, document, and define existing Portfolio Group use cases within the system.
  • Collaborate with Business Users, COOs, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and establish governance frameworks for portfolio groups.
  • Conduct gap analysis and propose improvements to portfolio group management processes and data structures.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive Permission Reference Documentation that outlines user roles, entitlements, and access rules.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory standards in all access management processes.
  • Liaise with AIM engineering and operations teams to align business requirements with technical implementations.
  • Support data governance, change control, and audit readiness activities within AIM.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations through clear documentation, reports, and presentations.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within Identity and Access Management (IAM/AIM), Information Security, or Financial Services.
  • Strong understanding of access control concepts, entitlement models, and user provisioning.
  • Experience with systems supporting investment management or trading platforms (e.g., Aladdin, Charles River, or similar) is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex systems, identify governance issues, and document business and technical requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience liaising with business stakeholders, COOs, and technology teams.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, Excel, and documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira).
  • Knowledge of risk management, information security frameworks, and compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, ISO 27001) is a plus.

We offer:

  • Culture of Relentless Performance: join an unstoppable technology development team with a 99% project success rate and more than 30% year-over-year revenue growth.
  • Competitive Pay and Benefits: enjoy a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including health insurance, language courses, and a relocation program.
