Job Description
We are seeking a CCAI BOT Developer to join our Cutting Edge Bot team and contribute to the development of a groundbreaking new Bot. As a part of this team, you wil work on implementing a cutting-edge bot solution across multiple cloud platforms. The primary objective is to create a bot leveraging Google Cloud Platform (GCP) technology, incorporating the innovative LLM (playbook) feature in Dialogflow CX, alongside traditional Dialogflow CX functionality.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy chatbots and voice bots utilizing leading Conversational AI platforms such as Microsoft Bot Framework, Google CCAI, Dialogflow CX
- Craft clean, efficient, and maintainable code adhering to industry best practices and standards.
- Develop custom components and tools to optimize the functionality and performance of our chatbot ecosystem.
- Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to meet project requirements and user expectations.
- Leverage natural language processing (NLP), LLM and machine learning (ML) techniques, including TTS, STT, and SSML, to enable our chatbots to comprehend and respond intelligently to user inputs.
- Integrate chatbot systems seamlessly with backend systems, databases, and APIs to facilitate smooth data exchange and interactions.
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues by analysing logs and debugging code for continuous improvement.
- Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in chatbot development.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with the Google CCAI Bot framework.
- Proficiency in NLP (Natural Language Processing) and NLU (Natural Language Understanding), ML (Machine Learning), and Conversational AI.
- Strong expertise in utilizing LLM (playbook - the new feature in Dialogflow CX) alongside the traditional functionality of Dialogflow CX.
- Strong expertise in Google as Saas.
- Experience with Azure Composer Bots working.
- Proficient in Python programming language.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting and analytical skills in complex, distributed environments.
- Experience in automated testing is preferred.
- Familiarity with SQL and experience working with relational databases.
- Proficiency in agile and scrum development methodologies.
- Experience with integrating web services.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related discipline or equivalent experience.
