Job Description
Miratech is welcoming a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team, responsible for overseeing projects in the CX domain, with a focus on supporting both scope-based and time-and-material (T&M) engagements. We are flexible in our hiring approach, offering opportunities for both full-time employment and part-time consulting engagements. Ensuring a 75-80% ET timing overlap is mandatory
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the project management activities, resources, budget control, equipment, and information.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, invoices, plans, and reports.
- Maintain project plans, including schedule and project timeline, team plans, etc.
- Meet target criteria within the project.
- Identify and manage risks to ensure delivery is on time.
- Lead and motivate project team, coordinating the project team to keep them on track and keeping the project on budget.
- Project cost management.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants, plan meetings, minutes keeping.
- Cooperate and coordinate with other departments, and third-party subcontractors, satisfy the needs of different stakeholders over the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in project management.
- Experience in managing projects with vendors.
- Technical background: hands-on with CX domain projects
- In-depth experience with identifying and understanding the user and business needs.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel (pivots tables, data analysis, etc.), PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Strong business analytics skills
- Excellent self-management, planning, organizational, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience with Customer Experience software will be a big plus (experience with any CX Platforms such as Contact Center solutions, for example — Genesys Cloud, TalkDesk, Five9, Nice, Avaya, etc.).
- Master's or bachelor's degree, preferably in Technical and/or Economics Science
- Perfect communication and interpersonal skills.
- Upper-intermediate or higher English.
- Ability to work in a multicultural team.
- Have to overlap with ET timing at least 75-80%.
