Job Description
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead and oversee cross-functional initiatives with strong customer-facing skills, exceptional task management, and keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a professional and effective manner, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback with clear and concise communication.
- Manage tasks and assignments by prioritizing workloads, setting objectives, and consistently meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to work, displaying a strong sense of urgency in resolving issues and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Pay meticulous attention to details in all aspects of work, from communication to documentation, maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Leverage Genesys exposure to contribute insights and solutions to customer engagement strategies, optimizing client interactions.
- Collaborate within Scrum teams, actively participating in Agile ceremonies, and utilizing expertise to accurately measure story points and velocity for effective sprint planning.
- Create and present comprehensive weekly reports to stakeholders, summarizing project progress, key metrics, and accomplishments, facilitating informed decision-making.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and enhancement of customer experiences, contributing to the overall growth and success of the team.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in effectively interacting with customers and clients. Proficiency in written communication with impeccable spelling and grammar, ensuring clear and professional correspondence.
- Proven ability to manage tasks efficiently, prioritize work, and meet deadlines consistently
- Exhibit a proactive and results-oriented approach to work, displaying a strong sense of urgency in addressing tasks and challenges as they arise.
- Possess a meticulous eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of work, documentation, and communication.
- Familiarity with Genesys, including its applications and tools, showcasing an understanding of its role within customer engagement solutions.
- Previous involvement in Scrum teams, demonstrating a grasp of Agile methodologies. Proficiency in measuring story points and velocity to facilitate effective sprint planning and execution.
- Ability to compile and present comprehensive weekly reports, summarizing project progress, metrics, and accomplishments, providing valuable insights to stakeholders.
Nice to have:
- Additional experience in software or application development, enhancing the ability to understand technical aspects and communicate effectively with development teams.
- Familiarity with Interactive Voice Response (IVR) or Bot development, enabling valuable insights into customer engagement solutions involving these technologies.
- Previous involvement in production support roles, providing a solid foundation in handling operational issues and ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Knowledge or certification as a Customer Success Manager, demonstrating expertise in enhancing customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Possession of a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, indicating advanced skills in project management and execution
