Job Description
Miratech is looking for an Access & Identity Management (AIM) Administrator to administer user access across several platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Perform user administration tasks in a Windows Active Directory environment, including creating, modifying, and disabling user accounts
- Grant and manage NTFS permissions for folders and files in a Windows environment
- Administer Exchange servers, including creating and maintaining mailboxes, distribution lists, contacts, and public folders
- Perform user administration tasks for various in-house and third-party applications, including provisioning and de-provisioning user access
- Work on projects with tight deadlines, ensuring timely completion of IAM tasks and deliverables
- Maintain documentation of IAM processes, procedures, and system configurations
- Demonstrate a commitment to excellence and high standards, exhibiting strong organizational skills to effectively manage priorities and workflow
- Adapt to changing priorities and requirements, demonstrating versatility and flexibility in managing IAM-related tasks
- Utilize workflow management tools like ServiceNow to manage and track user access requests, access reviews, and related IAM processes
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, project teams, and end-users to gather requirements, resolve issues, and provide updates on IAM-related tasks
The role requires to work from the office 4 days per week. Office location: Gurgaon, India.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience in the IAM domain
- Career experience performing user administration in a Windows Active Directory environment
- Experience in granting NTFS permissions for folders/files in a Windows environment
- Experience in Exchange administration, including creating and maintaining mailboxes, distribution lists, contacts, and public folders
- Experience performing user administration tasks for various in-house and third-party applications
- Familiarity with Distributed File System (DFS)
- Basic knowledge of UNIX administration commands
- Knowledge of and ability to adhere to SAS and SOX audit requirements pertaining to Identity & Access Management job requirements, including obtaining and documenting required approvals
- Experience with workflow management tools (e.g., ServiceNow)

- Commitment to excellence and high standards, strong organizational skills, able to manage priorities and workflow, provide documentation and accountability
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work with constantly changing priorities
- Experience with Windows PowerShell would be an added advantage.
