Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Genesys PureEngage Cloud Azure Bot Developer (NLU Callback) to join our team, who will help us working on solutions and implementing technologies that will improve user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Translating the client's business requirements into specific application designs for large, complex, or leading-edge Voice IVR solutions. This includes understanding call flow designs and developing corresponding application scripts.
- Developing custom solutions that integrate and extend aspects of these solutions, enhance with AI capability and process automation.
- Design, implement and develop voice BOTs on Google Dialogflow platform. This includes working with client personnel to identify functional requirements, lead others in the identification, justification, design and implementation of the client's contact center.
- Developing in agile scrum and thrive in this environment.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience working as a Development Lead.
- 4+ years of experience with IVRs, Speech Recognition technologies or AI NLP technologies – delivering solutions successfully to production.
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent in Software Engineer, Computer Science, or closely related field.
- Hands-on experience with Google Dialog Flow ES (CX an asset) as well as other components within the Google Contact Center AI suite of capabilities.
- Experience with NLU voice/chatbots (Genesys, Google DialogFlow ES or CX, Amazon, Nuance, etc.).
- Experience with Jovo framework.
- Experience in application development lifecycle (Waterfall, Agile Scrum).
- Intermediate coding experience in JavaScript.
- Basic contact center fundamentals knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability with client-facing conversations.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise:
- The ability to design call flows from requirements documentation and workshops.
- Working knowledge with on-premise contact center to cloud platform migration.
- Working knowledge of contact center software and hardware, inclusive of security capabilities.
- Working knowledge of Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure, Google).
- Genesys PureEngage Designer Certification is desired.
