We are looking for a Data Analyst/DWH Developer who will take part in development and maintenance of services for customized software solutions for large debt management company with operations in six European countries

You will work in a multicultural environment with talented co-workers in several European countries both on-site and when going on business trips.

Responsibilities:

• Gathering requirements from business users, business process and data systems analysis
• Map data sources to Data Warehouse including development of data full way transformation
• Implementation of Power BI reports and other SQL scripts into production
• Develop code of Data Warehouse, Master Data and Data Marts for debt portfolios (MS SQL Server, SSIS)
• Test code/systems and document/report and present to leadership for prioritization
• Monitor production, capture issues and document/report/ present to leadership for prioritization
• Take remedial actions based on performance monitoring, assessment and reporting
• Develop solutions for code issues and test
• Assist the Enterprise Data Architect by performing data quality checks for each data source system
• Responsible for project reporting, producing the regular reports about project progress, providing additional written reports when requested

• Advanced experience with Power BI
• Good knowledge using T-SQL and Microsoft SQL Server
• Good experience in query tuning
• Experience in development of ETL scenarios and knowledge of SSIS
• Experience with SSRS or other reporting software
• Experience with Visio

Professional qualities and characteristics:

• Demonstrated ability to understand, communicate, and translate the business understanding and requirements into technical solutions
• Demonstrated abilities in technical writing and documentation
• Over 3 years of experience in development of technical projects, preferably with experience in implementation of Business Intelligence and/or Data Warehouse solutions
• 3 years of experience in development and performance tuning of complex Transact-SQL scripts. Advanced knowledge of Transact-SQL language and understanding of performance tuning techniques
• Prefer experience within debt collection, debt portfolio management, financial services; preferably in international companies.
• 1 year of experience in administration of MS SQL Server as plus
