Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically rigorous professional to join our Fund Oversight & Product
Governance team. This is a multifaceted role at the intersection of investment product knowledge, institutional client intelligence and governance, responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency and quality of all fund information presented to institutional clients and counterparties.
The successful candidate will serve as the custodian of fund-level data used in external documentation, will manage the end-to-end process for institutional client and consultant due diligence responses, and will play an active role in supporting product change management and governance workflows. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop deep cross-functional knowledge across investment, compliance, risk and distribution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Institutional & Client Intelligence

  • Own the end-to-end completion of institutional client and investment consultant questionnaires (including operational due diligence and standard industry formats such as AIMA DDQ).
  • Maintain and continuously update a centralised content library of fund information and standardised responses, ensuring data integrity across all outputs.
  • Manage multiple concurrent mandates against tight deadlines, prioritising effectively across the pipeline.
  • Build and maintain coverage of major consultant databases and platforms.

2. Product Data Integrity & Governance

  • Act as a custodian of fund-level data used in client-facing and regulatory documents, including AUM, fees, benchmarks, investment guidelines and regulatory classifications.
  • Proactively identify and flag data discrepancies or outdated content across external materials.
  • Support the product change notification process, ensuring the content library and all live documents are updated promptly when fund characteristics change.

3. Product Governance Support

  • Contribute to fund review packs and internal governance reporting where external client narrative is required.
  • Support responses to regulatory or consultant queries that intersect with product governance topics.
  • Assist in the preparation of materials for fund oversight committees and board reporting as required.

4. Quality Control & Process Improvement

  • Define and enforce quality standards across all institutional documents prior to submission.
  • Build and maintain review and sign-off workflows in coordination with compliance and product governance stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • University Degree or equivalent;
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in asset management, ideally in a role involving institutional
    client documentation, product management, fund operations activities) or investment product analysis.
  • Comfortable reading and interpreting performance tables, risk metrics and attribution
    data (volatility, Sharpe ratio, drawdown, tracking error).
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects
    simultaneously.
  • Team spirit, autonomy, and proactivity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
