Job Description

A day in your future job:

  • Analyze “prospect” files
  • Analyze account opening files
  • Review of accounts, including transactional analysis, press research and preparing comprehensive review report
  • Participate in Management Committee meetings regarding account opening and periodic reviews
  • Conduct due diligence on new « business introducers” and independent asset managers”
  • Process “name screening” alerts
  • Perform monthly checks on various topics (risk changes, complex structures, business account, etc…)
  • Provide support to the Front Office regarding AML/Market issues, particularly in connection with requests related to account openings, reviews.

Qualifications

Your assets to succeed:

  • University degree in law or a degree considered equivalent, preferably from a Swiss university;
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role within a bank in Switzerland;
  • Solid knowledge of Swiss law and have additional training in banking compliance, in particular with regard to the fight against money laundering;
  • Very good language skills in French and English, a third language is an asset;
  • Stress resistant, work with methodology and rigor;
  • Good team player, very good spirit of adaptation and flexibility, good oral and written communication skills;
