Job Description
In the contact of our large digitalization project, the Cutover Integration Lead is responsible for orchestrating all system-side and vendor-side activities required to deliver a successful cutover. Acting as the key interface between internal IT teams, external vendors, and the Cutover Program Manager, the role ensures that all technical, integration, and vendor activities are aligned with the cutover strategy, properly sequenced, and operationally ready.
Cutover Coordination & Leadership
- Lead and coordinate all system-related and vendor-related activities supporting the cutover.
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal IT teams, external vendors, and the Cutover PM.
- Manage and control cutover technical environments, ensuring availability, stability, and readiness.
Planning & Integration
- Define and plan system integration activities and vendor workstreams in alignment with the cutover strategy.
- Translate integration and vendor plans into cutover artefacts (chronogram, runbook, roster).
- Ensure all vendors and system owners commit to and deliver according to the cutover timeline and readiness criteria.
Governance & Delivery Assurance
- Establish and enforce governance around technical readiness, dependencies, risk identification, and mitigation actions.
- Oversee execution during cutover rehearsals and the final go-live, ensuring deviations are escalated and resolved swiftly.
- Provide clear reporting and status updates to the Cutover PM and program leadership.
Qualifications
Required Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in system integration, technical environment management, and cutover planning.
- Ability to design, structure and maintain cutover artefacts (runbook, chronogram, roster).
- Solid understanding of multi-system architectures, vendor platforms, and technical dependencies.
Experience:
- 5–10 years of experience in system integration, IT delivery, or cutover-related roles within large-scale programs.
- Proven experience managing multiple external vendors and complex technical environments.
- Prior involvement in major go-lives, system migrations, or transformations in multi-system settings (banking experience is a plus).
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across IT, vendors, and program leadership.
- Strong leadership and negotiation capabilities to align diverse stakeholders under strict timelines.
- High level of organization, analytical thinking, and ability to perform under pressure.
