• Microsoft 365 Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, and maintain Microsoft 365 resources, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and availability for services like Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
• Security and Compliance: Implement robust security practices by configuring access controls, encryption mechanisms, and monitoring tools to safeguard data and meet compliance requirements within Microsoft 365.
• Automation and Orchestration: Develop and maintain automation scripts and templates for Microsoft 365 deployments, enabling consistent and repeatable processes using tools like PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze the performance of Microsoft 365 services, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and implementing optimizations to enhance system performance.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft 365 services, collaborating with other IT teams to provide timely and effective solutions.
• Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity: Design and implement backup, disaster recovery, and failover strategies to ensure data integrity and minimize downtime for Microsoft 365 services.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to align Microsoft 365 strategies with business objectives, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.

• Minimum 3 years similar experience or proven knowledge of Microsoft Azure engineering:
• Microsoft 365 Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and Azure AD.
• Security Practices: Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security features, identity and access management, encryption, and compliance frameworks.
• Automation and Scripting: Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python to automate repetitive tasks and streamline operational processes within Microsoft 365.
• Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Ability to utilize Microsoft 365 monitoring and diagnostic tools to identify and resolve performance issues and outages.
• Collaboration and Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Excellent team spirit.
• Problem Solving: Analytical mindset to assess complex technical challenges, devise solutions, and implement effective troubleshooting strategies.
• Bachelor degree in computer engineering or related field;
