About the Role

As part of our Spa & Wellness team, you will deliver high-quality treatments in a calm, guest-focused environment, ensuring every experience is personalised, restorative, and memorable.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Deliver a wide range of spa treatments, including relaxation massage and personalised facial and body treatments
• Tailor each treatment to suit individual guest needs, offering personalised care and recommendations
• Recommend retail products that enhance treatment results and support ongoing wellness
• Create a warm, welcoming, and deeply relaxing environment for every guest
• Contribute ideas to continuously improve the guest experience and build client loyalty
• Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing development in beauty and massage therapies

About You

• Diploma in Beauty Therapy (essential)
• Previous experience in a spa, hotel, or resort environment (preferred)
• Flexible availability, including weekends
• Strong time management and the ability to adapt to guest needs
• A genuine passion for the beauty and wellness industry
