• Assist in supervising daily stewarding operations and team members.

• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of all kitchen and back-of-house areas.

• Monitor and maintain proper usage, storage, and inventory of operating equipment.

• Support stock control, breakage control, and cost management.

• Coordinate with Kitchen, Engineering, and other departments as needed.

• Assist in scheduling preventive maintenance for kitchen equipment.

• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Hygiene standards.

• Supervise proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals.

• Train, coach, and support stewarding staff.

• Ensure all stewarding procedures are followed consistently.

• Diploma or higher in Hospitality or related field

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Stewarding or Kitchen operations

• Previous supervisory experience is an advantage
