• 3–5+ years of mixology or bar leadership experience in a luxury hotel/resort; preferably in the Maldives
• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, production techniques, and bar trends
• Certification in mixology, beverage management, or alcohol service
• Demonstrated creativity and ability to develop signature cocktails
• Experience in training bar staff
