Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Storekeeper to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our inventory operations, ensuring that all stock is properly managed, documented, and readily available to support our organization's operations. As a Storekeeper, you'll take ownership of our stockroom, maintaining accurate records and implementing efficient systems to keep everything running smoothly.   • Maintain comprehensive receipts, records, and documentation of all stockroom withdrawals and inventory movements
  • Receive, unload, inspect, and systematically shelve supplies and materials according to established protocols
  • Perform stock-related duties including returning items, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies with precision
  • Inspect all deliveries for damage, discrepancies, or quality issues; report findings to accounting for reimbursements and accurate record keeping
  • Rotate stock on a regular basis to ensure proper inventory flow and coordinate the disposal of surplus or obsolete items
  • Ensure meticulous record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm accurate stock levels and maintain optimal inventory control
  • Coordinate the handling of freight, oversee the movement of equipment, and perform necessary minor repairs as needed
  • Analyze inventory data and generate reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to fulfill stock requests efficiently and professionally
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized stockroom environment that complies with company standards and safety regulations

Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 years of proven experience in storeroom management, inventory control, or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word) and familiarity with inventory management systems or software
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset to identify discrepancies and maintain accurate records
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items regularly
  • Ability to work independently while remaining a collaborative and supportive team member
  • Demonstrated ability to handle pressure and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisive decisions when issues arise
  • Pleasing personality with a professional demeanor and commitment to inclusive workplace practices
  • Ability to multi-task without compromising accuracy or quality of work
