Job Description
You will be a keeper of the spa, and are responsible for maintaining the high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in all aspects of the operation. Additionally you will assist the therapists in setting & clearing up the treatment rooms, and assist the guests in a professional and helpful manner when needed. Aside from performing daily opening and closing procedure, you will ensure that all equipment is in good condition and good working order.
Qualifications
• Secondary school graduate or higher educational qualification
• Previous experience in Spa Reception, Front Office, or customer service role preferred
• Good command of English (spoken and basic written)
• Well-groomed with professional appearance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team
