We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient General Technician (Painter) to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our maintenance and renovation crew, you will be responsible for preparing and painting various surfaces in residential and commercial properties.

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer
• Mix and match paint colors to meet project specifications
• Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
• Perform basic carpentry and drywall repairs as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety protocols and use appropriate protective equipment
• Collaborate with other technicians and team members on larger projects
• Estimate time and materials needed for each job
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients

• 2-3 years of professional painting experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in various painting techniques, including brush, roller, and spray painting
• Strong color mixing and matching skills
• Experience with surface preparation and basic carpentry/drywall repair
• Knowledge of safety procedures and proper use of protective equipment
• Ability to work efficiently and meet project deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Physical stamina to stand, climb, and lift heavy objects for extended periods
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites
• Vocational training in painting is preferred
• Basic understanding of construction and renovation practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong communication skills in English
