Job Description

Minor Hotels is looking for a highly organised, proactive Project Management Intern to support global commercial initiatives across our business. This role works directly with the Global Director of Commercial Strategy and Strategic Projects and provides hands-on exposure to complex, high-impact projects with global scale.

What you’ll do

  • Support end-to-end project management across multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Help build and maintain master project plans, timelines, and dependencies
  • Coordinate with global, cross-functional stakeholders
  • Prepare project materials, documentation, and reporting
  • Support ad hoc analysis and structured problem-solving as required

Qualifications

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Fluent English, with clear written and verbal communication
  • Strong capability in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Comfortable working across multiple workstreams and stakeholders
  • Curious, reliable, and able to operate in a fast-moving environment
